Peach Jam!

Ryan's grandma was so wonderful to help me to make some wonderful peach jam! It was so fun to go over on tues and help! We had alot of fun and now I have the best jam ever to enjoy until next year!!! Too bad Ryan doesn't like peaches, he is totally missing out! :)

This is a picture of Me, Heather, Dana, Monet just before the 5K started. My new sister-in-law, Monet, invited me to run a 5K with her and some friends. We had alot of fun, and I finished! It was called Wasatch Women Love Your Body 5K, and it is the only 'women only' race in Utah. It was neat to run with about 600 other women. It supports SPEAK, Students Promoting Eating Disorder Awareness and Knowledge. I was really suprised that I was able to run it in 38:22 wahoo! That means I ran about a 12:20 minute mile! Yeah for little accomplishments! I hope to be able to drop some time off of our next race.

Small improvements :)

Here are a couple things we have been working on lately. Ryan doesn't like them to be called projects so here are a few improvements :)Thanks for all you do Ryan! I love you!!!

I'm a little slow getting stuff published :)But here goes an atempt to get caught up!
We went fourwheeling on the Arizona strip. It was a ton of fun!!! We went with Ryan's parents Par and KayLynn, Mike, Chad, Rylie. I loved this picture of joey with his goggles on! They didn't last long, but it was a cute picture!

Valley of Fire June 13, 2008

This is the Valley of Fire. We drove through here on our way to mesquite after our honeymoon. This is pretty much all the pictures we took on our honeymoon, we didn't even get a picture with Mickey mouse :( But we have alot of fun at Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm! I am trying to be better about taking my camera with me, and then taking pictures!

June 7, 2008 Our Reception!

The sun finally came out and dried up all the rain!!! We were able to have our luncheon outside like we had planned and the reception turned out perfect! Thank you to all who helped! Our parents are the GREATEST! And Thank you to Par and KayLynn for letting us use their backyard, and all the hard work that went into getting it ready! We had such a wonderful day and we feel lucky to have been able to share it with our friends and family!

June 7, 2008 OUR WEDDING DAY!

I woke up early to get ready and Ryan was to pick me up at 7 to drive down to the Manti temple. I walked into the living room to get something and it was light enough to see that it was pouring! What a day! Every day we had chosen to take pictures it had snowed or rained. Especially since everything was planned to be outside. We drove down to the temple hoping that it would clear up enough to get some pictures. As we got closer to the temple the sun was out a little, but when we came out of the temple after our ceremony it was raining again :( So we went to the little building next door and took some family pictures, we came out and it was still sprinkling. We took a few more family ones and then decided to trapes around the grounds and try for some more. It sprinkled just about the whole time, but we got some great pictures! Thanks to our awesome photographer Tracy! Here are a few of our favorites at the temple.

Bridal Pictures May 2008

A Post! Finally! Ryan didn't want to see my dress before we

got married and life has been a little crazy since then, so here

we go! Bridals were cancelled because a nice spring down pour

so we reschedualed and again it was windy with dark clouds in

the sky. We decided to try and take the chance, and it turned

out FANTASTIC! I ended up running down to a local flower

shop to get a bouquet which turned out fabulous! (with an hr

notice) We (my mom and I) went over to the shops at riverwoods

and met KayLynn (ryan's mom) my sister Emily and our

Photographer. The wind had died down some and the sun poked

out and warmed us up some. It turned out to be a great day for

pictures! These are some of my favorites!

YIPEE!!!

The semester is finally over. I just took my last final yesterday. I have finished moving out of my apartment and just had the final cleaning check out. As I was over at the apartment I decieded to check the mail, and there it was.... a letter from Weber. I had applied to the sonography program, and they were doing interviews the first week in April. I didn't get a call and by the end of April had resigned to the fact i'd have to retake a couple classes to get a better grade, and had even registered for them. So I opened my letter fully expecting to get a "try again" letter... and I GOT IN!!! I'm so excited! I start on August 14th. YEAH!!

and by the way, all the wierd songs are totally Ryan's!

One of our first dates! January of 2007 we went up to the motocross at the energy solutions arena.

My version of how we met ;)

Both Ryan and I work at Utah Valley Hospital, and each year they have a costume contest. This was my first halloween working there and I dressed up as "She-ra" (old eighties cartoon with he-man) and Ryan had dressed up as "Jack Sparrow" from Pirates. Occasionally Ryan would come up to my floor to help stock, and when he walked around on halloween I commented on his costume and we said hi. Later at the Halloween costest I noticed he was sitting by himself on the back row, and not wanting to be too bold (I sometimes tend to scare guys off) I sat the row in front of him a couple chairs in. My mom came in and sat beside me, and I'm pretty sure she talked to the hot pirate more than I did (no surprise if you know her). Over the next couple weeks I kinda asked around about the mysterious "pirate" guy and I was told he was married. So that ended any flirting that may have happened. Come to find out, the girls I had talked to were wrong. He was good friends with Brent and Kellie, he works with Brent and would stop in to talk to Kellie when he was up on her floor stocking. Around the first part of December one of the guys from the cath lab was asking me if I was dating anyone and what I thought of this guy that worked downstairs in distribution.... and I found out that he was single. A couple weeks latter after Ryan had made 3 or 4 trips upstairs, he found me sitting at a computer and asked me out to a Christmas party later that week.
